In this article assesses the development of partnership between Russia and China. In particular, the priority areas of cooperation, ranging from transport logistics and mutual investment, are ending with the development of tourism and regional Russian - Chinese humanitarian ties. Assesses the status and prospects of development in the field of tourism sphere between Primorsky region and China. Particular attention is paid to the issue of innovative technologies, maintain effective cooperation of Primorsky region and China by introducing the "information corridor".
